There's no manual stacking mechanic; the rings just clamp on automatically when you run through them. The real skill is timing your path to collect rings in a way that doesn't make your neck too unbalanced. Some levels introduce "Ring Flocks"--clusters of rings that drop in sequence, forcing you to zigzag or leap to catch them all without tripping.

There's a trick to balancing speed. Sprinting feels good but if you're going full tilt into a curve your neck starts swaying side to side. Ease off the gas just before turns. It's boring but it saves runs. I lost a monster stack once because I clipped a wall with the top ring. That's another thing--your hitbox is basically your tallest ring. So low hanging obstacles like banners or signs? They smack your head off. Crouch or slow down when you see those. The finish line camera angle changes for the final stretch. It's disorienting at first. I braked hard the first time and missed a ring. Don't panic. Just keep your eyes on the path ahead. Stacking rings that are close to your current height matters more than color. Matching colors looks nice but a balanced tower that doesn't lean is way more stable. If you notice your stack tilting left, try collecting rings from the right side of the runway. It counterbalances. That saved me more than once.
