First you clean the wound with a cotton swab, which is just clicking and dragging slowly so you don't hurt them. Miss the spot and the kitten flinches, which is a nice touch. Then you give medicine from a dropper -- you have to aim at their mouth, which is trickier than it sounds because they wiggle. The bath is the most satisfying part: warm water fills a little tub, you add bubbles by tapping the bottle, and then you scrub their fur with a sponge. The dirt fades away and they start purring. It's cute.

Once they're clean and patched up, you move to the recovery phase. This is where you feed them from a bowl of kibble or a little fish treat. You can also pet them by rubbing the screen, which makes them roll over. There's a happiness meter that fills up as you do this stuff. When it's full, they're ready for the makeover studio. That's the main loop: rescue, heal, dress up. The game has like 50+ levels, each with a different themed makeover challenge. Early ones are simple -- just put a collar on and pick a bow. But by level 15, you're dealing with "Princess Party" where you need to match a tiara, a sparkly dress, and specific paw polish colors. There's a scoring system that grades your outfit on cuteness, creativity, and color coordination. You get stars based on that, and stars unlock new items in the shop.

The shop has tons of stuff: hats, glasses, capes, tutus, even little wings. Some items are locked behind level progress, others cost in-game coins you earn from rescuing kittens. There's also a photo mode where you can pose your kitty in different backgrounds -- like a castle or a magical forest -- and save the picture. The difficulty ramps up because later kittens come with more serious injuries, like a broken leg that requires a splint and multiple treatments. The feeding gets more complex too -- you have to mix medicines into their food. But the satisfying moment is always that first time you see them fully healthy, jumping around the room. It feels earned.

The controls are mostly tap and drag. You tap to select tools, drag to apply them. The bath uses a circular scrubbing motion. Feeding is just tapping the bowl. Dressing up is drag-and-drop from a sidebar. Nothing too complicated, but the timing matters for the medical stuff -- too fast and you mess up. The game doesn't punish you hard, just makes you redo that step. It's forgiving for kids but has enough depth for adults who like organizing things. No enemies, just happy cats 💥.
